Product specification:
Type SLA pump is vertical single-stage double-suction split centrifugal pump which is connected directly with motor by couplings. It is new series of products after the constructional optimization based on type SLZ Pump. It is widely used for water supply & drainage in factories, cities, mines, power stations and water conservancy.
It is provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid is 0 deg C to 80 deg C. Permissible maximum inlet pressure is 0.6 Mpa.
Construction:
Type SLA pump is vertically installed, the inlet and the outlet of the pump are horizontal. The pump casing and its cover are divided along the axis, the rotor elements can be removed without disturbing the inlet piping, the outlet piping and motor, only dismantling the cover while maintenance. The upper bearing of the pump uses rolling bearing which get lubricated with grease, the bearing support has a cooling cavity. The lower bearing uses guiding bearing which get lubricated with water in pump. The shaft seal usually adopts packing seal or mechanical seal.
The direction of rotation:
The rotation of the pump rotor is counter clockwise looking from the motor to the pump, i. e. Facing to the disassemble pump cover, the pump inlet is on the right and the outlet is on the left.
The material of main parts of pump:
The medium-contacting parts are made of cast iron, guiding bearing is made of tin bronze, the material of shaft is high-quality carbon steel No. 45.
