1. The S-shaped double blade impeller can cut and smoothly discharge burlap bags, plastic woven bags, canvas gloves, leather gloves, cotton woven gloves, as well as daily plastic bags, fabrics, toilet paper, sanitary napkins, cotton threads and other objects. It can avoid the pump and pipeline from being blocked by debris in the sewage, and there is no need to set up expensive interception and decontamination devices during use.
2. The cutter and cutting disc are made of corrosion-resistant high-quality alloy steel materials and undergo special technical treatment, so that the cutting edges on the impeller and cutting disc have sufficient hardness and corrosion resistance, making them extremely wear-resistant and able to maintain sharpness for a long time.
3. The size of the impeller flow channel matches the size of the pump body flow channel properly, allowing the shredded debris to pass through and be discharged smoothly.
4. The unique arrangement of bearings and mechanical seals makes the cantilever of the shaft very short, and the rigidity and strength of the shaft are high, thus enabling the shaft to withstand large impact loads; The vibration of the shaft during operation is minimal, greatly reducing the leakage of the mechanical seal; The bearing is completely immersed in the oil bath of the oil chamber, which can provide good lubrication and cooling, and even under heavy load working conditions where the pump cannot chop hard objects, it still has a long service life.
5. Both the pump side and the motor side are equipped with mechanical seals to achieve reliable dual submersible shaft seal protection for the motor. The oil in the oil chamber provides sufficient lubrication and cooling for the mechanical seal. The pump side mechanical seal area has a shaft seal that prevents the accumulation and deposition of debris, avoiding its impact on the normal operation of the mechanical seal.
6. The scraping groove set between the overcurrent rotating part and the fixed part can scrape off the thin and tough debris squeezed between the overcurrent part and the fixed part, avoiding an increase in success rate or blockage.
7. A dual rail automatic coupling installation system can be equipped according to user needs, which can bring great convenience to installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sewage pit for this.
8. According to user needs, a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped to provide absolute protection against pump leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving product safety and reliability.
