PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FY series submerged pumps are late-model pumps withupgraded design on the basis of the conventional corrosion-resisting submerged pumps, which are blended with the advaneedtechnologyofthe like products home and abroad, Ilaving abolishedthe general practice to use mechanical seal on other submergedpumps, this series ofpumps use distinctively structured impeller toperform high efficiency, energy conservation, leak-tightness andlong service life, The produets have been widely used in theindustries of petroleum, chemical, pharmacy, papermaking,metallurgyandsewage treatment etc

STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1,Verticalsubmergedpump with elegant appearance, directlyinstalled on the storage of media to be pumped, causing noadditional floorspace forlower construetion cost;
2. The submerged part ofrotor is supported by guide bearingmade ofspccial wear-resistant material. Disuse ofmechanical scalto keep away from the trouble of frequent maintenance resultedfrom the easily wearing mechanical seal, which has greatlyimprovedits service life,lowered its operation cost and enhanced itsworking efticiency:
3,Use of distinetive centrifugal double balanced impeller totransport clean media not containing solid particles, which isfeatured by extra low vibration and noise and high efficiency, use ofopen double balanced impeller to transport unelean liquidcontaining solid particles and short fibre, which is featured bysmoothoperation andno clogging;
4. When submerged depth exceeds 2 meters, the structure ofconneeting shaft is usually used, and guide bearing made ofspecialwear-resistant material is mounted near the connecting shaft.Depending on the characteristics ofmedia to be pumped, the guidebearing at connecting shaft may be self-lubricated (as shown infigure) or externally lubricated, Ifthe media to be transported don'tcontain solid particles, guide bearing uses self-lubricated type(namely, to be lubricated by the media pumped); ifthe media to betransported contain solid particles, it is recommended for guidebearing to use externally lubricated type (namely, to be lubricatedby external purifed liquid, greater than 0.2MPa and causing noinfuence to the property of media pumped).

SERVICE CONDITIONS
1.Temperatureofmediatransportedbetween-20-140ºC;2. For pumps made ofcast iron, the PH value ofmedia withinthe range of5-9;
3, For pumps with open impeller, the diameter of the solidparticles contained in the liquid to be transported should better notexceedthe30%ofthe suction diameterofpump.
