The explosion-proof type of electric pump motor is explosion-proof, and the explosion-proof mark is "Exdl".This electric pump is developed by our company on the basis of sufficient market research. It is a "down-draft" explosion-proof submersible sand discharge electric pump for mining, which is driven by a new energy-saving dry three-phase asynchronous motor.
1. BQS(BQW) series mine explosion-proof submersible sand discharge electric pump, the upper part of the structure is explosion-proof submersible sand discharge electric pump motor, the middle part is mechanical seal, the lower part is pump, the motor and mechanical seal and pump coaxial connection.
2. The electric pump is composed of impeller, volute, inlet section, outlet and other parts, and the impeller is fixed by a key nut.
3. The motors used for the explosion-proof submersible sand discharge electric pump are three-phase ac explosion-proof thousand type squirrel-cage asynchronous motors. The stator windings are covered with polyester enameled wire, which greatly improves the motor life.
4. The shell of the unit is made of steel plate, ductile iron and other materials. It is small in size, resistant to pressure and collision, safe and reliable, and durable.
5, the cable into the use of special sealing structure, water can not enter the motor, the motor shaft rubber oil seal can be blocked sediment.The seal includes dynamic seal and static seal, and adopt integral double-face mechanical seal.
